Whole-institution

An education ERP built for Bangladesh, not translated into it

One system covering the academic side and the money side of an institution: student records, attendance, exams and results, fees, expenses and payroll, plus the public website and the documents your office prints. Where a foreign system has to be bent to fit a Friday–Saturday week, day-first dates, ৳ and a GPA scale you set, this one starts there.

What you get

  • Academic and financial in one place

Students, attendance, exams and results sit beside fees, expenses and payroll, so the financial reports reconcile against what you actually collected.

  • Isolated per institution

Every institution's data is isolated at the database level by row-level security, not merely filtered by the application. Sensitive personal fields are encrypted at rest.

  • Roles, permissions and an audit trail

Custom roles with fine-grained permissions, and a complete audit log of every change and every export — which is what an auditor asks for first.

  • Three languages, including right-to-left

Every screen and every printed document in Bangla, English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support, and Bangla numerals on documents printed in Bangla.

  • Hosted in the region

Served from Singapore rather than from the other side of the world, which is the difference between a page that opens and a page a busy office gives up on.

  • Your data stays yours

Students, guardians, invoices, payments and the attendance log all export to Excel on demand. Leaving is a thing you can do without asking us.

How it works

  1. Register the institution

Self-service registration creates your institution and its first administrator, and seeds a class ladder, an academic year and a fee desk.

  2. Bring the existing records in

Students and staff import from Excel. The importer validates the file and reports what it would change before writing anything.

  3. Give people the access they need

Create roles for the exam section, the accounts desk, teachers and the principal, each with only the permissions that role needs.

  4. Run the institution on it

The register, the fee desk and marks entry are the daily habit; reports, documents and the public site are generated from what they record.

Questions people ask

Does it include hostel, library, transport or inventory modules?

No. iSkooll covers the academic record, attendance, examinations, fees, expenses, payroll, documents and the institution website. Hostel, library, transport and inventory are not part of it, and we would rather you knew that now than after a demo.

How is one institution's data kept apart from another's?

By row-level security in the database, so isolation does not depend on every query remembering to filter. Roles and permissions govern who sees what inside an institution, and both changes and exports are written to the audit log.

Can we run more than one campus?

Every plan includes one branch, and additional branches are granted per institution on request rather than bought off a price list. Tell us how many you need.

Is there an API or a payment gateway?

There is no public API for third-party integration today, and no payment gateway: fee payments are recorded by your office and receipted, and we invoice you for the subscription the ordinary way.

What does it cost?

One monthly price for the whole institution, set by how many students are on your roll, starting at ৳990 a month. Every band is published in full on the pricing page, including the ones we would rather negotiate.

See it with your own institution's data

Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
