A guardian portal that answers the questions before the office phone rings
Guardians sign in from any phone browser and see attendance, results, dues and notices for each of their children — one login, however many children they have at your institution. They can also request leave and raise a complaint, so the office handles the exceptions rather than the routine.
What you get
One login, every child
A guardian with three children at your institution signs in once and switches between them, rather than keeping three sets of credentials.
Attendance, as it is marked
Guardians see their own child's attendance from the same register the class teacher marked, without anybody re-keying it.
Results when you release them
Results reach guardians when the institution publishes them — not before, and without a queue at the notice board.
Dues and receipts in one place
What is owed, what has been paid and the receipt for it, per child, which shortens the conversation at the office window considerably.
Notices that actually arrive
Notices published to guardians appear in the portal, where they can still be read a week later — unlike a page in a schoolbag.
Leave requests and complaints
A guardian can request leave for a child or raise a complaint through the portal, so it arrives as a record rather than as a phone call somebody has to remember.
How it works
Guardians are already on the record
Each student's guardians are part of their record, so the portal knows which children a guardian may see before anybody signs in.
They ask for access
A guardian requests an account and the institution approves it — access is granted by your office, never by us.
They sign in from any phone
The portal runs in a phone browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to download.
The office handles exceptions only
Routine questions answer themselves. What reaches the office is the leave request, the complaint and the genuine dispute.
Questions people ask
Is there a mobile app for guardians?
Not yet. The portal runs in any phone browser, which needs no install and no store account — but it is a website, not an app you download.
How does a guardian get an account?
They request one and your institution approves it. Access is granted by your office, and a guardian only ever sees the children recorded against them.
Can one guardian see several children?
Yes. One login covers every child that guardian has at your institution, including across different classes.
Do guardians get an SMS or a push notification?
Not yet. Guardians read notices, results and dues in the portal when they sign in; SMS sending is not switched on in iSkooll.
Can a guardian see another family's child?
No. A guardian sees only the students recorded against them, and every institution's data is isolated at the database level rather than merely filtered by the screen.
See it with your own institution's data
Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
