School management software built for how schools here actually run
One system for the whole school — admissions, the daily register, the fee desk, the exam committee and the notices that go home. It is set up for a Friday–Saturday week, day-first dates and your own GPA bands, because those are the details that decide whether software fits a school in Bangladesh or fights it.
What you get
Your class ladder, your sections
Define the classes, sections and subjects you actually teach, and the roll numbers you actually use, rather than bending the school to fit the software.
The register, done by 9am
Daily attendance by class and section, with staff check-in and an office override for the days a teacher cannot mark it themselves.
Fees without a commission
Fee types, invoices, discounts and defaulter reports, with a numbered receipt printed the moment you take the money. The money goes to you directly and never passes through us.
Results on your own rules
Your grading bands, your GPA points and your own pass rule — including how many failed subjects a result survives. Tabulation sheets and merit lists come out of the same marks.
Every document the office prints
Report cards, admit cards, student ID cards with a QR that verifies online, transfer and character certificates, and fee receipts on your own letterhead.
A website parents can actually find
A themed public site with your notices, faculty, gallery, events and calendar — and public results, if you want them published.
How it works
Register and get a class ladder
Registration sets up a Bangladeshi class ladder, an academic year and a fee desk for you. Edit any of it — none of it is fixed.
Bring your roll in from Excel
Import the students you already have as a spreadsheet. The importer checks the file and reports what it would change before anything is written.
Start with the register and the fee desk
These two are the daily habit. Everything else — marks, documents, reports — reads the records they create.
Switch the public site on
When you are ready, turn on the website and choose which sections are public. Notices you already publish appear there.
Questions people ask
Does it understand a Friday–Saturday week?
Yes, and you set the off days yourself. Attendance, routines and reports skip them instead of marking the whole school absent two days a week.
Can we use our own grading scale?
Yes. You define your own grading bands and GPA points, and your own pass rule — how many failed subjects a result survives.
Does it send SMS to guardians?
Not yet. iSkooll records notices and publishes them to the guardian portal, where guardians read them after signing in, but SMS sending is not switched on.
Can parents pay fees online?
Not yet. You record the payment — cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and iSkooll issues the numbered receipt. There is no payment gateway inside iSkooll.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. Students, guardians, invoices, payments and the attendance log all export to Excel, whenever you want and without asking us.
See it with your own institution's data
Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
