College management software for large batches and real tabulation
A college is a different shape of problem from a school: batches in the hundreds, subject groups rather than one subject list, and an exam committee that signs a tabulation sheet. iSkooll handles all three from the marks you enter once, in Bangla or English, on the grading scale you define.
What you get
Subject groups you define
Science, Humanities, Business Studies or anything else — you define the classes and the subjects each group takes, rather than accepting a fixed list.
Marks entry that scales
Enter marks by subject across a whole batch, with your own grade scales and pass rules applied as you go.
Tabulation the committee signs
The full tabulation sheet and merit lists come out of the same marks, so the sheet and the report cards can never disagree.
Admit cards in one batch
A whole exam's worth of admit cards, generated together on your own template, rather than typed one at a time.
Fees across large rolls
Fee types, invoices, discounts and defaulter reports that stay readable at batch scale, with receipts printed on your letterhead.
Roles for a bigger office
Custom roles and fine-grained permissions, so the exam section, the accounts desk and the principal each see their own work — and every change is in the audit log.
How it works
Set up years, classes and subjects
Define the academic year, the classes and the subject groups your college teaches, and the grading scale results are computed on.
Import the batch
Bring students in from Excel in bulk rather than one at a time, with the importer reporting what it would change first.
Enter marks, publish results
Marks go in once. GPA, report cards, the tabulation sheet and the merit list are all computed from them.
Publish where guardians look
Results reach guardians through the portal, and — if you choose to publish them — through your public site's result checker.
Questions people ask
Can it handle several hundred students in one batch?
Yes. Import brings a batch in from Excel in one pass, marks are entered by subject across the batch, and the tabulation sheet is generated rather than assembled by hand.
Can each group have different subjects?
Yes. Classes and subjects are yours to define, so a Science group and a Business Studies group can carry different subject lists in the same year.
Whose grading rules apply?
Yours. You define the grading bands, the GPA points and the pass rule, including how many failed subjects a result survives.
Is there an online payment gateway?
No. You record how the money arrived — cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and iSkooll prints the numbered receipt. Payments do not pass through us and we take no cut.
Can more than one campus use the same account?
Every plan includes one branch, and more can be granted per institution on request. Ask us before you assume the number you need is included.
See it with your own institution's data
Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
