Exam and result management on your grading rules, not ours
Marks go in once. GPA, report cards, the tabulation sheet the exam committee signs and the merit list all come out of them, computed on the grading bands and pass rule your institution defines — including how many failed subjects a result survives.
What you get
Your grade scale and your pass rule
Define the grading bands, the GPA points and the rule that decides whether a result passes. Nothing here is a national default you have to live with.
Marks entered once
Enter by subject across a class or a batch. Everything downstream is computed rather than retyped, so the report card and the tabulation sheet cannot disagree.
Report cards in three languages
Per-exam and annual consolidated report cards, printed in Bangla, English or Arabic, with Bangla numerals when you print in Bangla.
The sheet your committee signs
Full tabulation sheets and merit lists, generated from the marks rather than assembled by hand the night before.
Admit cards in one batch
A whole exam's worth of admit cards on your own template, generated together instead of typed one at a time.
A public result checker, if you want one
Publish results on your institution's public site so students can look up their own, or keep them to the guardian portal. It is a switch, not a commitment.
How it works
Define the grade scale
Set your grading bands, GPA points and pass policy before the first exam, so every result afterwards is computed the same way.
Set up the exam
Create the exam and its subjects, and generate the admit cards for it in a single batch.
Enter the marks
Teachers enter marks by subject. GPA and grades are applied as the marks land.
Publish the result
Print report cards and the tabulation sheet, and release results to the guardian portal — or to the public checker, if you publish them.
Questions people ask
Can we use our own grading scale?
Yes. The grading bands, the GPA points and the pass rule are all yours to define, including how many failed subjects a result survives.
Can report cards print in Bangla or Arabic?
Yes — Bangla, English or Arabic, with full right-to-left support for Arabic, and Bangla numerals on documents printed in Bangla.
Do we get a tabulation sheet, or just report cards?
Both, plus merit lists. All three are computed from the same marks, so they cannot contradict each other.
Can students check results on our website?
If you switch the public result checker on. It is one of the optional public sections, off by default, so publishing results is a decision you make rather than one we make for you.
Is the question bank included?
No. The Question Bank and question papers are a paid add-on rather than part of a standard account, and a newly registered institution does not have them.
See it with your own institution's data
Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
