Student management, from the admission form to the leaving certificate
Every student as one durable record: the admission they arrived through, their guardians, their enrollment in each academic year, and every document you have issued them. Import an existing roll from Excel, promote a whole class between years in one step, and export the lot whenever you want it.
What you get
One record, not four registers
Admission, profile, guardians, photo and year-wise enrollment live on the same record, so nothing has to be looked up in two places or corrected in three.
Import the roll you already have
Bring students in from a spreadsheet. The importer checks the file first and reports what it would create or change, so you fix the file rather than the database.
Promote a whole year at once
Move a class into the next academic year in one step instead of retyping it, and each student's earlier years stay readable.
Guardians are part of the record
A student's guardians are recorded against them, which is what lets a guardian sign in to the portal and see that child and no other.
Fields your office actually collects
Add the extra student fields your institution needs and decide which are required, from settings, without waiting for us to ship them.
Every change is accounted for
Who changed a record, what changed and when. Exports are logged too, which is the half most systems leave out.
How it works
Set up your classes
Define your class ladder, sections and subjects — or start from the Bangladeshi template seeded at registration and edit it until it matches.
Bring your students in
Import the roll from Excel, or add students one at a time. Admissions taken online arrive as applications you review and convert into students.
Work from the record
Attendance, fees, marks and documents all read the same student record, so a correction in one place is a correction everywhere.
Promote, or issue the certificate
At year end, promote the class. When a student leaves, the transfer or testimonial certificate is generated from the record you already hold.
Questions people ask
We already keep our students in Excel. Do we have to start again?
No. Import the spreadsheet. The importer validates it first and tells you what it would create or change, so a bad column is something you fix in the file before anything is written.
Can we add fields specific to our institution?
Yes. You define extra student fields and choose which of them are required, from settings, with no code change on our side.
Who can see a student's record?
Whoever you decide. Every user has a role, every role carries its own permissions, and both record changes and exports are written to the audit log.
What happens to a student's history when they move up a class?
It stays. Enrollment is year-wise, so last year's class, marks and attendance remain readable after promotion rather than being overwritten.
Can we get our data back out?
Yes. Students, guardians, invoices, payments and the attendance log all export to Excel, whenever you want and without asking us.
See it with your own institution's data
Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
