Fees & dues

Fees management, with the receipt printed before the parent leaves the office

Define your fee types, generate invoices for a class or the whole institution, apply the discounts you actually grant, and record what comes in. The receipt is numbered and printed on your letterhead the moment you take the money — and the money goes to you directly, because there is no gateway in the middle and we take no cut of it.

What you get

  • Fee types that match your ledger

Tuition, admission, exam, transport contribution or anything else your institution charges — you define them rather than mapping them onto ours.

  • Invoices in bulk or one at a time

Generate a class's invoices together or raise a single one, on the schedule your institution bills to.

  • Discounts recorded, not fudged

Waivers and discounts are recorded against the student, so a reduced bill is still explainable a year later when somebody asks why.

  • Late fees, or an on-time discount

Configure a late fee, or reward early payment with an on-time discount instead — whichever fits how your institution prefers to ask.

  • Defaulter reports that name names

See who owes what, by class or across the institution, instead of reconstructing it from a register at the end of term.

  • It reconciles against expenses

Collection sits beside categorised expenses, so the financial reports balance against money that actually moved rather than money that was expected.

How it works

  1. Set your fee types and amounts

Define what you charge and to whom, including the discounts and waivers your institution grants.

  2. Generate the invoices

Raise them for a class or for the whole institution at once, rather than writing each one.

  3. Record what comes in

Cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — you record how it arrived, and iSkooll issues the numbered receipt on your letterhead.

  4. Chase what has not

Work the defaulter report, and let guardians see their own dues in the portal so fewer of them need chasing at all.

Questions people ask

Do you take a cut of the fees we collect?

No. iSkooll records what you collect and prints the receipt; the money goes to you directly and never passes through us. There is no payment gateway inside iSkooll.

Can guardians pay online?

Not yet. You record the payment — cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and iSkooll issues the numbered receipt. There is no card or mobile-banking gateway in the product.

Can we charge a late fee?

Yes, late-fee rules are configurable. If you would rather reward early payment than penalise late payment, there is an on-time discount instead.

What if a family pays in instalments?

Record each payment as it arrives. Each one gets its own numbered receipt, and the invoice shows what is still outstanding.

Can guardians see what they owe?

Yes. Dues and invoices appear in the guardian portal for each child, which tends to shorten the conversation at the office window.

See it with your own institution's data

Register, add a class and a few students, and judge it on your own roll rather than on somebody else's demo.
